Pre-Press
Helping you get your project ready to print.

You can provide your files to us via e-mail, our easy upload service, CD, or USB drive, in any of the following PC or Mac formats:

Adobe – In Design, Illustrator, PDF or Photoshop
Quark – Xpress
Microsoft – Word or Publisher

Proofs can be provided to you electronically or by our HP digital SpinJet or Matchprint printers. Printing Press Plates are then created by our process-less Plate Rite 4100 thermal direct imaging plate setter.

Pressroom
Making sure your project is printed to perfection.

Our pressroom is equipped with both a Heidelberg 429 (four-color) and a Heidelberg 229 (two- color) Speedmaster offset printing press. These Heidelberg presses are the heart of our printing plant and are built to produce literally hundreds of thousands of hours of consistent high quality printing.

Each press is capable of printing on a maximum 20.5″ by 29.5″ sheet and produces superior quality color images at a maximum rate of 10,000 sheets per hour. Our Heidelberg Printmaster 420 (four-color) press produces the same quality images at the same rate on a maximum 14.5″ by 20.5″ sheet.

Our Ryobi 3302M two-color offset printing press offers high quality color prints on a maximum 13.4″ by 17.7″ sheet, at a rate of 6,000 sheets per hour. This press offers you a more economical option for smaller, shorter-run printing jobs.

Our high speed, color digital printer offers the most economical printing option for lower quantities (generally less than 1,000) at a sheet size of up to 12″ by 18″, while maintaining our high quality standards. This printer also allows us to produce variable data to meet your advertising and direct mailing needs.

Finally, our Halm “Super Jet” envelope printer creates custom two-color envelopes, printed on either one or two sides, at a rate of up to 25,000 envelopes per hour. As a result, our Halm system provides an extremely fast and economical solution for all of your envelope needs.

Bindery
Adding all the right finishing touches
to your produced pieces.

After your printing is complete, the pros in our full service bindery and finishing department put the final touches on your project. Our polar 92 fully programmable 36″ cutter, MBO folders, and Stahl sticher trimmer enables us to add a professional finish to your letterhead, business cards, brochures, booklets and catalogs. In addition, with our Heidelberg cylinder press and Miehle vertical press, we make sure that your project receives the most precise die cutting, scoring and perforating – for a professional polish that gives you the edge.
